I enjoyed the way this article gave a little more insight on how decisions are made in court when dealing with music cases. Also I liked the little back story in the beginning about the origin of the song.

This going on everyday in Hollywood. I am starting to believe that artist think they can get away with it. Its hard for me to understand how a person would want to take some else stuff and make it their own.
