I absolutely love what Domino's is doing. They are saying "Hey, we make mistakes too!" the general manager of a franchise has a degree in painting? That's awesome. How many times do we walk into places and roll your eyes at someone who is working for minimum wage and you feel you have superior education too? I got that all the time while working retail. Domino's established new and current customers by making it a personal campaign.
